Part 1 — Access & Account

Product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Part 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. KINGSANDROSES reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Your order is only accepted after KINGSANDROSES has confirmed acceptance and processed your payment.

Please check your order carefully before submitting, as cancellation requests may not be possible after an order has been accepted. Your purchases can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Part 4 — Pricing & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. All prices displayed on KINGSANDROSES.COM are final total. Compliant with the dutch KOR-regulation, privileged with VAT exemption. The price charged is the price apllicable at the time the order is placed, as stated, in your order confirmation. Listed prices include all applicable taxes  under this exemption, excluding shipping costs, customs or import duties where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honoured by your payment provider.

Part 5 — Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we transfer the products to the carrier.

Part 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and design — is the property of KINGSANDROSES or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any material without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

KINGSANDROSES is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases are made directly with KINGSANDROSES. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and KINGSANDROSES. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your transactions with KINGSANDROSES.
